Terms of service
These terms apply to services provided by HypeIT AB.
The service
HypeIT AB ("we", "us") provides fixed-price web development services to small businesses, associations and organisations. The exact scope of each project is specified in the quote.
Price and payment
The build fee is fixed and stated in the quote. Invoicing is split 50% at project start and 50% on delivery, with 14 days net payment terms. The customer pays for domain and hosting directly to the provider.
Material and rights
You are responsible for ensuring that any text, images or other material you provide may be used. Once the final invoice has been paid, ownership of the site's content and design is transferred to you. We reserve the right to reference the project in our portfolio.
Delivery and changes
Delivery time is indicative and stated in the quote — typically 14 working days from when materials are received. Minor changes are included free of charge for 30 days after launch. Larger changes are quoted separately.
Liability
The service is delivered "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the project.
Termination
If the project is cancelled by the customer after it has started, time spent and any agreed deposit will be invoiced.
Dispute resolution
Swedish law applies. Disputes are resolved first through dialogue and, if needed, by the District Court of Stockholm.
